INCOMING STUDENTS / HOW TO GET NOMINATED / CONFIRMATION ON APPLICATION

 

1)    Nomination Form sent via e-mail

IRO & Erasmus+ Coordinator is to receive a NOMINATION Form (*template of entry form) via e-mail (sent to int.office.en@vsu.bg) from the Erasmus+ Coordinator or  Head of International Relations Office at home university. *link to template of entry form:

 2)    On-line application

Students nominated by home university for Erasmus+ mobility may generate their personal OLA (online learning agreement) on the official website: https://learningagreement.eu/.

3)     Admission
Confirmation on admission takes place within 3 to 5 weeks after submission, via e- mail. Non-European citizens receive “Letter of Acceptance”, if applying for a visa. Docs required:

  • ✔  Recent photo (jpg.)

  • ✔  Learning Agreement – pre-signed and approved by home university Erasmus+

    Coordinator or Head of International Relations Office.

  • ✔  English Language certificate (B1/B2)

  • ✔  Passport or Identity Card (ID) – scanned

  • ✔  European Health Insurance Card – scanned

 

Language of instruction for Incoming students – English,
whereas for French students language of instruction may be French, as well, depending on professors’ language knowledge acquisition.
